Pure tungsten Plate
On the basis of powder metallurgy, through forging combined with rolling process, the temperature reduction forging or rolling deformation can be controlled in sequence. The tungsten plate can be plastic processed with large amount of deformation, and the metal grain structure can be fully refined. The grains are closely combined without defects such as cavities and cracks. After stress relief annealing, tungsten plate has good mechanical properties, hardness HV30 ≥ 410,1000 ℃, σ B ≥ 350Mpa, machining performance is significantly improved, which can meet the requirements of nuclear energy, medical devices, ion implantation and other fields.
